About Me

Education: I have a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a post-baccalaureate in Elementary Education, and a B.A. in both English/Literature and Mass Communications.  This will be my twelvth year of teaching and my tenth year teaching kindergarten.

Hobbies: I love teaching kindergarten. I also love to LEARN. Teaching is my job, but it also overlaps as a hobby! I spend a lot of time reading about new teaching methods and searching for ways to make my instruction more meaningful and exciting for my students. I also enjoy working on this website for students, parents, and other kindergarten teachers.

My Goal: My goal for this year is for your child to have a successful and happy kindergarten experience. I want him or her to learn the skills needed to progress to first grade and MORE. We will work together to make that happen!
